4 slices white bread
1 packet Hatke Jhatke
1 sliced cucumber
A few coriander leaves
Butter
For Green Chutney: 1 bunch washed and chopped coriander leaves 1 onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 3 to 4 green chillies, chopped 1/2 tsp red chilli powder A few cumin seeds 1 tsp saltTake 2 slices of bread and spread some butter on it.
Take Hatke Jhatke, crush it with your hand a little and spread on the slices.
Put the slices of cucumber and a few coriander leaves on it.
On other 2 bread slices, spread some green chutney/ tomato sauce as per your choice.
Cover the sandwiches with these slices and serve immediately.
For Green Chutney: Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it for around 5 minutes until it becomes a smooth paste.
